Villa Orcia

This neo-gothic villa in the Orcia valley has been completely restored by a famous architect and interior designer and is now offered for rental throughout the year and priced for different numbers of guests.

The property is equidistant from Rome and Pisa, and less than an hour from Lake Trasimeno, where mooring and surfing are possible. Fortified villages are all around with great trekking paths and famous wineries. The main characteristic of this villa is the eclectic mixture of classic and contemporary, all refined by impeccable taste and with an interesting choice of prime-quality materials. With a great eye for detail and inimitable style of interior design this is a place of authenticity with a truly poetic soul.

Three double/twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Honeymoon double suite with living room, balcony, bath and wide shower (chromo-therapy).

Second floor

Wide hall. Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Cottage Entrance hall/living area with kitchenette. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Occupation is offered for 8, 12 or 16 guests. With 12 guests the cottage is not used. With 8 guests only the ground and first floors of the villa are used.

The villa is fully staffed with maids and  a chef.
