Anticipate the ultimate foodie vacations at Belmond Villa San Michele. Our Executive Chef Attilio Di Fabrizio teaches “hands-on” lessons, which means you will be preparing, tasting and cooking alongside him. Small classes ensure that each student enjoys individual attention. In just a short time, our culinary school in Italy has established a worldwide reputation for excellence. Courses include:

Morning with the Chef : Immerse yourself in Tuscan culinary traditions, with a focus on pastas, risottos and soups. Available every Monday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. From €190 plus VAT.

Young Chef’s Academy: Children ages 6 to 14 enjoy a fun two and a half hours lesson on Italian food. Available on request in June, July & August for a minimum of four children. Priced at €150 plus VAT per child.
