Maremma Retreat

Located in the Maremma, the coastal region of Tuscany, famous for its internationally renowned Super-Tuscans wines such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia and Guado al Tasso, located between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri and less than a hour from Pisa international airport, this villa is a delightful mixture of English and Mediterranean taste together with a formidable Tuscany location, a fantastic retreat for those who love the elegant and the opulent.

Originally a farm house dating back to 1800, it has just undergone a major restoration and redecoration by its owner, a name in contemporary Art in London, and finished in 2012. The house is on more than 30 acres of very private, commanding land and standing at the top of a hill with breath-taking views.

The heart of the house is the very spacious living room, formidably decorated with unique antique and contemporary furniture, while guests will only spend time in the spacious porch during the Summer. With one of the most poetic swimming pools in stone, surrounded by flowers blossoms and Tuscan stone, and with its red clay tennis court, this villa stands out amongst all in the area and also offers a private access to the beach with privately owned huts, changing cabins, shower and sun beds, just twenty minutes away.

Maremma Retreat

Prices are in Euros and subject to confirmation at the time of booking

Local assistance & Tourist Tax : €680 per booking, plus €250 for each additional consecutive rental.

Deposit to confirm booking: 50% of rental fee plus the local taxes

Balance due date : 90 days prior to arrival

Damage deposit and deposit for extras, activities and groceries : 30% of rental, payable with balance.
