Located in one of the most renowned residential neighbourhoods of Florence and right in the centre, with sight over the ‘Serliana’ of Gallery of Uffizi, this property is walking distant to a number of restaurants, shops, bakeries and great shops, not to mention all the landmarks of Florence: Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza Santa Croce, Palazzo Pitti with Boboli Gardens and Ponte Vecchio. There are views from the large living room over the Arno to the Duomo.

Accommodation

Living room. Guest cloakroom. Kitchen. Vescovo suite includes double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and double sofa bed in double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Laundry room. Rondinelli suite has kitchenette for breakfast or aperitive preparation, double bedroom with private bathroom, and double sofa bed in double bedroom with private bathroom. Each suite has a safe. In one of the suites each bedroom has independent access from the living areas. In the second suite, the second bedroom is only accessible through the first bedroom.

Televisions

In each room there is a TV that with remote control allowing access to digital terrestrial channels and thirty satellite channels, selected among the major international news, sports and entertainment channels in English, French, German, Spanish, Russian and Turkish. The TV in the main living room (Gabbani) is only visible when switched on: when off it is hidden from the large mirror above the fireplace. It is a 48 “Smart TV, which can also be connected to internet via remote control or keyboard. Such television is equipped with a Chromecast device that allows guests to use the screen as the terminal of their laptop or smartphone

Sound system

In the Vescovo suite, in the Gabbiani living room and in the Rondinelli suite a Bluetooth wireless adapter can receive music from smartphones, tablets, laptops and, using wi-fi connection, transfer it to the loudspeakers installed in the suites and the lounge room, so that each one can to listen to their favourite music

Deposit to confirm booking: 50% of rental fee plus taxes

Balance due date: 90 days before arrival at the property.

Damage deposit and deposit for extras, activities and groceries: 30% of rental fee, payable with balance payment.
